In mijn vrije tijd ben ik vaak aan het knutselen aan oude voornamelijk Engelse motorfietsen en auto’s. Omdat het hier oldtimers betreft, zijn onderdelen schaars en ben je al snel op je eigen vindingrijkheid aangewezen. Dit zorgt ervoor dat je ‘outside the box’ moet denken om tot een oplossing te komen. Deze vaardigheid gebruik ik ook in mijn IT werkzaamheden, om toch tot een gedegen oplossing te kunnen komen.
